Arletha Hutchison

My journey into home care began while caring for my husband, a disabled veteran, inspiring me to further my education and become a certified medical assistant. With over two decades of experience, I am dedicated to improving the lives of caregivers and individuals with disabilities by advocating for compassionate, high-quality home care.

As part of a multigenerational family, I recognize the importance of support at every stage of life, which fuels my passion for providing personalized, meaningful care.

Committed to enhancing home healthcare services, I work to strengthen resources for caregivers and those in need, earning the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Gina
Tinney

Meet Gina Tinney, Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of A Circle of Love Home Care in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where she leads business operations, finance, and strategic growth. With over 30 years of professional experience in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and strategic planning at leading companies such as Assa Abloy, Spectrum Brands, The Home Depot, and Macy’s, Gina brings a results-driven mindset and operational excellence to the home care industry.

As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, Gina is also APICS-certified (CPIM) and actively involved in professional networks including The Women’s Link, the AAU Pulse Infinity Group, and RISE – Women’s Empowerment Leadership Program. Her passion lies in empowering families through proactive care planning, fostering partnerships, and creating meaningful community impact.

Her transition into home care stems from a deeply personal journey, caring for loved ones, and recognizing the critical need for compassionate, quality in-home support. Gina now applies her corporate leadership skills to ensure A Circle of Love delivers exceptional service, strong caregiver-client alignment, and innovative care solutions for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
