Arletha Hutchison

Meet Arthleta Hutchison, Co-Owner of a Circle of Love Home Care. Her journey into home care began while caring for her husband, a disabled veteran—an experience that inspired her to pursue further education and become a certified medical assistant.

With over two decades of experience, she is dedicated to improving the lives of caregivers and individuals with disabilities by advocating for compassionate, high-quality home care.

As a member of a multigenerational family, she understands the importance of support at every stage of life, which fuels her passion for delivering personalized and meaningful care.

Committed to enhancing home healthcare services, Arthleta works to strengthen resources for both caregivers and those in need, earning the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Gina
Tinney

Meet Gina Tinney, Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of A Circle of Love Home Care in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

She leads business operations, finance, and strategic growth, bringing over 30 years of experience in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and strategic planning from top companies like Assa Abloy, Spectrum Brands, The Home Depot, and Macy’s.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, Gina is APICS-certified (CPIM) and actively engaged in networks like The Women’s Link, AAU Pulse Infinity Group, and RISE – Women’s Empowerment Leadership Program.

Her transition into home care was driven by personal experience caring for loved ones, fueling her passion for proactive care planning and community impact. Gina now applies her corporate expertise to ensure A Circle of Love delivers exceptional, compassionate care and meaningful support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
