Short Term Care Features and Pricing
***Unused hours do not carry over. Monthly hours reset at the beginning of each service month. Holiday rates may apply at 1.5x the hourly rate.***
Caregivers can support:
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Toileting and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and supervision
• Laundry and organization
• Non-medical medication reminders
Nurse Assessment & Care Planning
A nurse will complete an initial assessment to identify the client’s care needs and develop a personalized care plan.
• The assessment fee is $100 and is required before care begins.
• The plan guides caregiver support and ensures safety at home.
