Short Term Care Features and Pricing
***Unused hours do not carry over. Holiday rates may apply at 1.5x the hourly rate.***
Caregivers can support:
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Toileting and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and supervision
• Laundry and organization
• Non-medical medication reminders
Nurse Assessment & Care Planning
A nurse will complete an initial assessment to identify the client’s care needs and develop a personalized care plan.
• The assessment fee is $100 and is required before care begins.
• The plan guides caregiver support and ensures safety at home.

Scheduling is agreed upon in advance for set day(s) and time(s).

Monthly fees are billed in advance.

Additional hours may be added at the same hourly rate, subject to availability.

A one-week deposit is required at the start of service and will be applied to the final week of care when services end, provided notice requirements are met.

Is this medical care?
No. Our Short-Term Care Services Plan provides non-medical, in-home support such as personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, and mobility support.
Can I add hours if my needs change?
Yes. Additional hours may be added at the same hourly rate, subject to caregiver availability.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. This is a month-to-month plan with no long-term commitment.
